In 2019, I decided to enroll in a professional Chef course at Cast Alimenti, the professional school located in my hometown was founded by the Italian pastry legend, Iginio Massari.

This experience was truly remarkable.

I had the privilege of learning from the best in the industry, and the classes were not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable.

I gained insights into the intricate art of food selection, preparation, and flavor. Additionally, I acquired valuable tips and tricks for kitchen organisation and cleanliness and special techniques to handle different tools including super sharp knives.
